Pastor Akin Gbenro is the senior Pastor and Chairman Board of Trustees of the Household of Faith. He is a founding Pastor of the church and was ordained as a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God in 1995. He is involved in many community initiatives including the Hebron house, a Rehabilitation center for the underprivileged. He is also a practicing Family Practice Physician. He is a committed Christian whose passion is helping the underprivileged and mentoring young men towards the fulfillment of their destinies. He is married to Funmi Gbenro and they are blessed with 3 children and many grandchildren.
His Hobbies include traveling, mentoring, coaching, watching movies, and Sports.
